Jose Miguel Garcia Sanchez, a prolific documentary filmmaker with an impressive 30-year experience. Based in both Spain and Taiwan, Jose Miguel has traversed the globe, expanding his filming territory to the most awe-inspiring parts of the world – from the North Pole to the Antarctica, venturing across Europe, Africa, and Asia. His documentaries have led him through untamed lands, vast deserts, and dense jungles. Notably, he has fearlessly crossed the mythical Cape Horn and both polar circles. He has even flown in a C-130 propeller plane through the eye of a hurricane, capturing breathtaking moments.

Covering an array of captivating subjects, Jose Miguel's documentaries delve into ethnography, adventure, science, ecology, and art. Throughout his illustrious career, he has directed, produced, and overseen the creation of hundreds of hours of documentaries, TV programs, and other high-end productions, catering to both European channels and international broadcasters. For the past 15 years, Jose Miguel has been directing compelling documentaries for National Geographic Channel.
